Christy - Like Kat, rigid food planning is also a HUGE trigger for me, so my food is very loose. I just do 3-0-1, plus strictly (and I mean not even one tiny bite) follow my abstinence list. I have run into the "OMG I am so hungry!" problem, though. What I've found is that I need to include some sort of protein at every meal - especially breakfast. Hard boiled eggs and peanut butter (not together - ew!
) are two of my favorite quick and portable protein sources.
Chris - Whatever's bugging you, your HP can help. It can be SO hard for me to just shut up and listen to him, too.
Unfortunately, I didn't get much out of my online meeting. They can be a little frustrating sometimes because it takes a lot longer to type something and send it than it would be to just sit in a room and say it. I have to remember that if someone is sharing, it's because they NEED to and it's my responsibility to be patient. And Chris, I didn't even stop to think that they might have moved the meeting. I can be pretty clueless sometimes!
