Suffering the Consequences of my first binge
Ended up having a full day of binging the day before my weigh in at the bariatrician's office. To be fair, I only ate off plan because my power went out due to some construction or whatever down the road. But I could have chosen to get healthier food than I did. And I could have chosen a single portion instead of bringing home enough leftovers to take a full day off of my diet. Since I was taking a strong Banaba leaf supplement that my doctor gave me it didn't dramatically affect the scale.
Unfortunately it knocked me out of ketosis and I'm having some serious carb cravings. -_- Fortunately I'm broke and don't have any more junk food in my house so I pretty much have to stick to the plan now but I'm still going insane. :dizzy::dizzy::dizzy:
I'm going to go exercise to distract myself when my gym opens. Does anyone have other methods for controlling their cravings?
