Log- trying to lose some fat and not binge/purge

Hi everyone, I hope it is okay for me to post here, I wasn't sure which forum to create the thread.

Edit: deleted the thread because my log attempt failed. I'm sorry

I really like the idea of challenging yourself to a number of days, and see what weightloss comes. Nice one.

Has someone recommended 1100 calories to you? It's not very much, and I wonder if eating so little while exercising a lot is a) slowing down your weightloss and b) contributing to your low mood.

I'm not an expert at all but have in the past slowed my weightloss at 1000 - 1200 but hastened it at 1400 - 1500. I'm now following a lowER carb diet, which is also highER fat. I've lost 7.5lbs in a month, 4 of them this week. I don't want my non-expert view to confuse you but I don't like the idea of what you eat/don't eat making you sad ~ I've been there too.

Hi Rosaninte,

Thank you so much for reading my post and responding, I really appreciate it. you're right, I was not able to keep it going, the calories were way too low. I tried to stop the bingeing but I honestly just kept yo-yoing between either really low cal days and really high days.

Only 5 days ago I tried to start intuitive eating but last night and today didn't go so well. I started making videos, I'll link you. Thank you so much and congrats on the weight loss :)

Hi Bostoncreamprincess
Look for healthier options so you don’t feel guilty and purge but also curb the cravings. I just search for healthy alternatives of recipes I love. for example i love KFC popcorn chicken so i searched and came across this recipe. theendlessmeal.com/skinny-bang-bang-cauliflower/ it actually tasted just like it.
I also have a massive sweet tooth, love caramel so once again i searched about and found this recipe, its exactly like salted caramel , its a amazing combo between almond butter (just like peanut butter) just heaps healthy and salted caramel. thenutbutterhub.com/salted-caramel-almond-nut-butter/
Start searching for your favs and it will help on your journey!
