That's exactly how I freeze it too. But I do put it in the microwave. It takes a long time for something to thaw properly and I froze it so I could have a quick meal in the first place.

Yeah, I understand. I usually just take one out figuring I will have it in a day or two for dinner (I don't really formally plan out my meals, but I do have a general idea of what I might eat) |
