Intuitive Eating Challenge
 

I've come across Jamie's Intuitive Eating Challenge in some of my research on IE and on IE blogs. http://jamiemendell.com/downloads/in...ing-challenge/

A fair few have taken the challenge and have posted positive results. I can imagine that someone who needs a little support going through the initial process of IE (because, let's face it, it's scary to give up restriction) might find this beneficial. Personally I've been getting support from my nutritional therapist and don't know if I really need this but there might be others who do, it does cost $50 but you have access to personalized coaching with Jamie.
