It's too soon to know but I think I've found the WOE that can help me control my binges and lose some weight! I finally feel normal around food.

I'll be tracking my binge free days from now on and hopefully I can reach 30 days binge-free, no problem.

Great job! Managing my binge eating has been a major challenge so I totally understand where you are coming from! I'm sure you can reach 30 days binge free, so keep up the good work!

I hear ya, that is my big problem binge eating. I do great until I get a craving I can't shake & then I binge like crazy & feel crappy afterwards:(
