I know there are tons of books out there for overeating and binge eating... emotional eating, etc. Some are great, others decent. I read many.

I was wondering if you know of any documentaries that help? Any mp3s? I found that reading books no longer helps me like it used to. Maybe because I've read so many... I don't know.

any recommendations will be greatly appreciated.
