going off-track :(
hello everyone :-)
I have been on low-carb diet for five months now and have been successful so far in losing my weight. But now i feel like losing control :( Having CARB cravings(pizza,bisuits,cakes) Anyone help? I am a boarder student but now on vacations at home so eating all the stuff. |
The change in your routine plus maybe having all of the forbidden carbs available has probably side tracked your efforts. Do you have access to low carb alternatives; i.e., you could eat some of the things you like but in a low carb format? It is definitely hard to be at home for vacation and try to stick to a diet plan. Have you talked to your family and asked for their assistance in reducing or even hiding the carb laden foods? Part of the craving is probably the sugars getting back into your system. If you're able to go for 3-5 days without any of them, you'll probably be able to get back on track even if the foods are in the house. Good luck!
