Binge Free Until Thanksgiving (and beyond!)
 

Hey guys!

So I have been battling Binge Eating Disorder for a while now. Over the summer when I was at home, my mom really helped me out and I was Binge free for about 2 months, but then when I came back to college, that changed. I just had a 2 day MEGA binge. I feel like I hit rock bottom. Right now I feel extremely bloated and just completely gross. I hope I remember this feeling next time I feel like bingeing. I am going to go on a binge free journey until Thanksgiving. That's the goal right now. I also want to lose the weight that I've gained since coming to school. I think not bingeing will take care of that. I am going to use this forum to keep myself accountable. I'll post my exercise schedule and food intake. I would LOVE some support and if anyone else wants to join me, I would love that more than anything!! Thanks!

I wish you the best of luck! I too am going to try to stay binge free til Thanksgiving. It will be tough since I'm going on vacation soon, but I have to try. I am donating $ to my local animal shelter for each binge free week I have until the end of the year, so I do have an additional incentive.

That's really great that you had two whole binge-free months already! Don't think of this as starting over, but just getting back on track again. You'll find lots of support here.
