i did have a little over-eating thing yesterday, but nothing that i feel TERRIBLE about.
the hunger is still kind of kicking around. the funny thing is- i only crave the "bad" foods like ice cream and pizza and chocolate covered peanut m &ms when it's an emotional binge. i think my body just like being in a deficit for more then a couple of days. i think i can't fully figure out my expenditures and when i come close, the calorie requirements are so high, that i am afraid to eat that high, eventually leading to this hunger. thank you all for your wonderful support though! |

I feel uncomfortable when I am hungry. I don't like the feeling, even if it is just a very mild hunger. Unfortunately, I confuse hunger with being not-full, so sometimes when I am just fine in the middle-- not really hungry or full-- I don't know what to do and have thoughts that bug me until I eat. Then I feel bad since I ate, usually late at night.
Sigh. |
