Stay sane!
 

I'm 13 and I am with my stick thin friends at an ice cream place. I was gonna give in and get a scoop but I decided not to. I feel proud! How do you keep sane during these tempting times? :carrot:

You can do it! just yesterday my family went to Taco Time (I LOVE Taco Time Burritos, as weird as that is) and I didn't get anything either! and it was hard watching my mom eating a burrito.... But later that night, laying in bed just thinking about the day, i found myself actually smiling because of the strength that i showed! You can do it!!!! and its okay to occasionally have treats with your friends. :)
