I also do IF (Intermittent Fasting) and it has been what seems like a breakthrough in my binge eating. It's not for everyone, but keep an open mind because I never would have thought it would help me at all. I stop eating at 8pm and I resume eating usually around noon the next day. I feel so much more in control and I get to enjoy that full feeling because I eat during a shorter window of time.

I was told to eat every three hours - ie three meals and two small snacks - this was to get the feeling back in my stomach to know when i was hungry and sure enough it worked - I am now working towards 3 meals per day
I find it fairly easy to be in control when I am home if I stick to this plan but when I have to travel with work this can sometimes go haywire and this is when I start bingeing. |
