wheight loss chart (excel)
 

about 5 years ago i used to have this amazing simple chart that i downloaded for free from some site. My computer crashed and I cant find the chart nor the web site. Does anyone have their fave excel chart? I just mainly need to put my weight in and see how the line goes down (or up) . I miss having it.
