So boom. Tonight I'm in the kitchen, thinking about what I should eat, knowing in the back of my mind that I shouldn't, and then I don't. That thought in the back of my mind should have been in the front of my mind, so I put it there. And listened. And walked away. Now I feel awesome about my decision. I've been making great ones in the past week or so, and I'm really hoping that they can continue. Last time I had this kind of mindset I lost 10 pounds
