Therapy - Take IV
 

Yesterday I had an appoinment with a therapist for medication management. I searched high and low for someone who specialized in or at least had knowledge of eating disorders....specifically binge eating and compulsive over eating. That is very hard to do without having to travel to a major metropolitan area.

Anyway, after discussion with the therapist she recommended luvox. I've never been against medication, but always prefer to keep those things at a minimum. I went home last night and did some research and continue to read up on it this morning and I'm hopeful (praying) that this in conjunction with therapy will help curb the compulsive eating and bingeing.

I dont really talk to anyone IRL about this stuff, so thank you for letting me brain dump here :)
