Hi everyone!

I followed my buddy boomerang from another thread that seems to have lost some of its members. I actually used to participate in this thread awhile back, so I'd like to join again if that's okay!

I'm on day one. Just got back from a visit with the family, and yesterday I had good intentions that ended with being tired and ordering a pizza and eating most of the maple candy I bought while visiting home. It sometimes takes me a bit to get back on track after a visit, and I haven't been able to work out yet, but I'm going to try to go tonight.

Looking forward to getting to know you all!

Day 3 for me!I stayed away for a few days because I was embarrassed about bingeing, but who better to confide in than all the great supporters here?

:NewGirl : What an impressive accomplishment! I can definitely understand how you would want to maintain that great loss. Coming here helps most of us. We're not always perfect but it does reduce the frequency and extent of the overeating and binging episodes.
