Yeah! I've been wanting to check it out but am basically too cheap to sign up for something I'm not absolutely postive about it....and then I'm still too cheap. So, with a 7 day trial without needing you credit card..:carrot:

I am a big emotional eater. I had lost ~50 pounds a few years ago and slowly gained it all back because basically it didn't change anything. The only thing different was I fit into size 10-12 clothes and didn't have knee pain when I walked and wasn't out of breath when I climbed stairs. Come to think of it...those are pretty good postives, but that's besides the point.

I got quite a bit from the book. I felt that it was an large advertisement for the website. But hey, I borrowed it from the library-did anyone miss the cheap part?
