Credible article on binge eating to help parents understand.
 

Does anyone have any credible articles from good sources that can explain what binge eating is? I'm trying to look in registered and credible medical websites or scientific journals that kind of thing. Thank you SO much in advance.

I KNOW i am struggling with binge eating, and i know my parents don't understand and fully believe that it's a "disorder". I just want to help them understand, so they can understand what i'm going through.

Gosh just google it. I'm not sur you'll necessarily find anything scientific, but there is tons of info online.
