15 on the 15th - My Challenge
I am so friggin tired of binging... I am setting a challenge for myself, a BIG one too! I am going to run 15km on my birthday on July 15th. I am going to use the next 12 weeks to train for it! I have run 10km before, but that was back in 2009.
I am doing this for me. Not for the exbf, exhusband, kids or anyone else. I cannot binge AND run because the excess weight affects my running, knees, breathing etc etc way way too much. Therefore, tomorrow is Sunday. I have binged for three days straight and it is over! I am not stepping on a scale until my 36th birthday on July 15th after I run 15km in 90min or less! Anyone else want to join me in this challenge? Here is the plan: date distance (km) time (min) 15-Jul 14.9 89 08-Jul 15.8 95 01-Jul 14.9 89 24-Jun 14.2 85 17-Jun 14.9 89 10-Jun 14.2 85 03-Jun 13 78 27-May 12.2 73 20-May 13 78 13-May 10.3 62 06-May 11.2 67 29-Apr 10.3 62 I am going to post once a week that I have: 1. Not binged that week 2. Not weighed myself that week 3. Distance I did run 4. Time I ran it in Rain or shine... Just like the postman, I will make it through! 15 on the 15th! Here I come!!!! |
Hey my birthday is also July 15th :) and although my challenge doesnt sound quite as exhausting as yours I am planning to lose a stone by then! Fingers crossed I will be thin for my 21st birthday!
