Crap!
I messed up! Day 6 for the first time in months and I couldnt do it. I have zero energy and all I wanted to do was eat today and I blew it.ugh
I will not let this ruin my fitness goals though so I will work out tonight and I will get back on the wagon tomorrow. |
Good attitude! Don't let it get you down. You'll feel so much better after your workout!

You can do it!

Great attitude!!! recognizing and being aware is half the battle. Good job!

if you read a book called the thin commandments there is a wonderful chapter about how we should never say "i blew it" again. Afterall, if you can get right back on plan, there isn't much to "blow". You just learn how you can avoid this next time.
Also....write down everything you will eat for the next 24 hours and stick to it. That will help you get through any sugar fluctuations or cravings from what you "blew it" on. We have all been there-as long as it doesn't effect tomorrow you will be great!! -fm |
Thank you so much ladies for the support. Today is a new day and the work out felt great and I've made a meal plan to keep me on track.
|
You can do it, try your best today. We are rooting for you!
