If you haven't read the book (Perfect Girls, Starving Daughters), it is worth a read. It is not a 'self help' book, more self awareness.

I remember hearing this segment, relating to it enormously and running straight out to buy the book. I spent the next 2 days reading it, and going over the chapters which I really related to.
