Not sure if this is the right place but I have to tell you: I just resisted a big temptation!
I went for coffee with a few co-workers and didn't have a grande Mocha! I had a regular coffee (no cream, no milk, no sugar). A really tough one for me and some odd looks from my coworkers but I am so proud of myself.

WTG! Yeah my coworkers always get teas and lattes and so on but on the ocassion I do get something it's a tall coffee black (sometimes I even get a short) and I add a splash of half and half and 1-2 packets of sweet and low.
