  • Welcome to the binge-free challenge!! You can come in here and post your weekly successes and struggles and keep track of your binge-free days. You can also vent about anything and everything you feel like getting out. We are here to share our feelings and to encourage and inspire each other. No negativity! We are strong chicks and I KNOW we all can do this!! And we don't have to do it alone, we have each other to get us through the rough times.

ALL chicks are welcome -- no one is excluded! If you are trying to lose weight, not trying, maintaining, recovering from an eating disorder, in the midst of one, or have ANY kind of problem with food, we would love to have you join us!!
  • Today is my Day 107!
  • Completed day eight yesterday and feeling strong! I went out to dinner last night but was very careful to stop eating as soon as I started to feel full. And it was nice -- I ordered two apps instead of one entry, and i found that I just needed 4-5 bites of each. And then I enjoyed one piece of bread, a glass of wine, and left feeling great.

Great job Vixsin -- you are such an inspiration!
  • Day 27. Monday's are always a relief because I'm out of the house and away from the fridge/pantry.
  • Day 20. About to glean three weeks of bingelessness. Accidentally posted in last week's thread, but whatever. My goal this week is to kick out the compulsive overeating I've been indulging in the past few days and to maintain CONSTANT VIGILANCE when it comes to binging urges (Harry Potter nerdiness kicking in...).
  • Great job Eurydice: three weeks is such a killer accomplishment.

I am cheating and posting early, but I am cozy in bed with my teeth brushed and I know I am done eating. So completed day nine today, hooray.
  • completed day 10 yesterday... just. had a real craving for salty food all day but kept within my calories.
  • Great job, Tamara! Way to be strong! Haha, you clues me in to the fact that I messed up my count again bc I remember us being at the same number -- I was at nine on mon and I finished ten yesterday. Yay double digits! I can't count apparently, how embarrassing. :-p
  • hey spingirl well done on double digits! I know how easy it is to get the days mixed up I mix up how many days I have completed without binging and the day that I am working on. Just happy that I over a week not done that for a long long time!
  • I'm having trouble getting on the wagon. I know from my past experience that once I'm on and really rolling I can stick with it, but man..getting started is tough.

time to turn good intentions into action. We went major grocery shopping last night and I stocked up on lots of good healthy options...hopefully that's the jump start I've been needing.
  • Day 108!
  • 257!
  • Day 21! Three weeks! I'll be up a few more hours today, but I know I'll finish off the day binge-free--mostly because there's not enough food here to even constitute a binge. Haha, ohhhhh, I need to buy groceries...
  • Well done eurydice on 3 weeks! 11 days done and today should be easier because I on 12 hour shift at work. Just have to watch myself in the evening when I get home.
  • Today is fuzzy. I'm going to stay within my calories but a large percentage of them will be from these stupid cookies at work that aren't even that good.
