Hello All!!
I've been reading this site for awhile and this is my first time posting......
I'm very into nutrition, exercise, etc...however, while I eat very healthy most of the time, every once in awhile I just binge! It's usually when I'm bored. Maybe I restrict myself too much normally...? I think mentally I'm a hot mess. :/ Anybody have any suggestions on how to balance healthy eating with a little unhealthy yumminess to keep me away from binging??
