Bored and not hungry
 

I have the remnants of a binge sitting in my fridge calling to me. My boyfriend is sitting here playing a game leaving me to sit in the dark bored to death. I have my computer, but I'm alone all day because I take classes online while he's at work. Usually things aren't so bad, I can fight the urge to eat, but right now, I'm BORED and desperately want to dig a spoon into that can of chocolate fudge icing just sitting there on the third shelf of my fridge. HELP!

If you have a garbage disposal, put the contents of the can down the garbage disposal!! If no garbage disposal, put it in the toilet and flush it!! That's what I would have to do, because if it stayed in the refrigerator, I would eventually eat it.

I agree, toss it! that would be way too tempting for me.

Dump it....right now!!! You will feel very proud of yourself afterwards...

Boredom is my biggest trigger.

I wanted to dump it, buuuut the boyfriend wouldn't let me, he said that we don't have the money to waste food. So I pushed the snacks on his friends when they came over and "accidentally" knocked the cupcakes on the floor. lol

I love to cook and bake...and I always try to push my goodies off on everybody else. :devil:

I just need to work on making less so we don't have as many left overs.

Like your boyfriend, I hate to waste food! I was raised to be a plate cleaner (which my husband isn't...it drives me crazy!), but I also need to stop cooking like I'm feeding an army. I don't need a big 10 serving pan of lasagna for two people!!

I had a lot of friends come over for Christmas and gave a ton of cookies to my family so it helped me get rid of all my baked goods, now that it's not the holidays there are less family and friend visits so I have to tone down the cooking and baking! It's so hard because I love it too!
