hi, just wanted to say that i am so glad to have discovered this site in particular this forum as it is re-assuring to read about people overcoming a problem that i have struggled with for years. I look forward to being inspired and hopefully heading in the right direction towards a healthy weight and lifestyle. :o

Welcome Tamara - There are PLENTY of success stories in this forum - I'm still working/struggling but am convinced that we WILL get this right.
