i was told about CR a few weeks ago. i'm curious if anyone has used it with success. Also, I'm not a very religious person, and it is a christ based program. Does anyone have any thoughts on that aspect of it? thanks....
I'm looking forward to joining at CR group starting next Monday. From what I understand, one portion of the evening is spent in large group and the other in smaller focus groups. Mine will be specifically for women with food issues. Did you decide to give it a try?
