Yesterday I said no to a snickers candy bar. This might not seem like much but candy/sweets in general are my MAJOR weakness so I decided I was not giving in.
I said no to overeating at breakfast, omg that yoghurt i bought turned out to be a full fat one instead of no fat and with peanuts and ham it was the perfect fat trigger but i eventually had to walk away for my sake and i did!
This past Saturday we were having lunch at a friend's house and she plunks down this gorgeously ice-cold bottle of Diet Coke. I reached for it, and then reached past it and went for the water. I'm into my 3rd week of being Fizzy Drink Free, yey me!
Today I have said no to chocolate and cookies, i still feel hungry despite having breakfast but i will just have to sit with it and wait until it is meal time.
