I hear you all on the "all or nothing" mentality.... I just had a showdown with a bag of pretzels... I settled on hot tea, and I'm going to keep drinking it until I either forget about being fixated on snacking, or until I truly decide that I'm hungry.


The upside to being an "all or nothing" person? I bet we're all very driven, successful people who live life to the fullest--laughing, smiling, working, playing, loving-- all-or-nothing style! :)
