possibly stupid question...
hey everyone-
i notice that some members have "no longer obese/morbidly obese" on their signatures. just wondering, how do you figure it out- the weight where you won't be obese anymore? i'm curious so i can measure my own success :) thanks in advance! xoxo |

I like this one ~ although somehow what I thought was "overweight" and "normal" seems a few pounds higher now than in 2004. Could be my error, though! |
A BMI over 40 is considered morbidly obese, I believe.
A BMI over 30 is considered obese. A BMI over 25 is considered overweight. |
thanks for posting- i never knew how to figure it out :)
