day 4 for me.
we get white lasanga was good today, but i didnt binge. i just recently realized that my overeating is really a desease not just a problem. in the past 6 mo i had already changed my portions and relearned how to eat intuitively. last spring i lost 30# and i'm happy to say, kept it off over the summer. in the last month been trying to figure out why i'm stuck weightloss wise. was still over eating or binging. but balancing with exercise so overall i stayed around 200. so in the past 6 mo. i've had many victories of being in control. but this is my first time counting. its so inspiring to build the momentum and double and triple digits are inspiring! thanks everyone, and remember whats really important to you. |
