Hi Ladies!

I don't know about you - I find listening to inspirational songs really helps to motivate me, pick me up and remind me that I am not alone...

So I thought I would start a thread about some of my favorite songs that help me through tough moments:

Sixx AM-Accidents can Happen.

I find that one really comforting, I like that it reinforces the idea that if we do mess up on one day/days etc, it doesn't mean all the hard work has been undone.

Aerosmith-Amazing

I generally listen to Maria Mena when I feel hopeless/uninspired etc, she really knows how to write about feelings and body image related issues like no other.
