blindcantaloup - 2 days is a great start and if you start having more McD cravings, imagine your favorite meal strapped to your butt (cuz that's where it's gonna go...). Makes ya not want to eat anymore, and it makes ya laugh

K-boogie - I find that being prepared is 2/3 of the battle. When you don't have healthy food options planned, it's so easy to just say, "oh to **** with it".
