No to the Pizza stuffed pretzel!

We were at Fry's today (it's an huge electronic store) and my daughter was starving because we hadn't had lunch yet. So I went to their snack bar and got her a pizza stuffed pretzel! Boy did it look and smell sooooo good! I wanted just one little bite of it but I decided against it because I knew that one bite would lead to another. So before I could make a bad decision, I ran back to the snack bar, bought an odwalla bar and ate half of it to hold me over until dinner! Small victories are the best!

1) an egg and cheese McMuffin for breakfast
2) a free chocolate chip cookie at the grocery store (around lunch time)
3) warm spiced carrot cake after dinner

It was coming at me all day long! I resisted!!! Yay!

I said no to my high standards, I said no to my high demands from myself, I said no to wanting to squeeze my life out of myself in the gym, I said no to body harm through binge eating, I said no to beating myself up, I said no to my demands to lose all my fat right now, I can wait, it will be ok.

Thank you Siki, I am working on this tho... because one day I would do that but then the next day back to the usual me, who is beating myself up and all that. Today I said no to binge-eating and to self pitty. I don't deserve to be crying under my duvet, I can come out and talk to people and know that the way I feel will pass, I don't have to eat on it. It is only one day, during which if I binge eat I am going to have consequences for much longer than today. So no to that!

Ugh.... LOL

The barrage of bagels, donuts, and other pastries strewn all over the conference room table. :carrot::carrot:

Can I say what I said no to yesterday? I am doing WW and a guy at work threw a ghirardelli chocolate square on my desk. It was extra yummy kind with caramel in the middle.
I asked him what the nutrition facts were and for one tiny square, it was 2 points. I had to say no, especially when I can come home and have a huge skinny cow ice cream sandwich for the same amount of points. I was proud :)

Oh, this thread is a good one. I say "no" to something every day.

What I say "no" to most often:
-Whatever my fiancé cooked for dinner (because it doesn't fit into my diet)
-Skipping a workout
-Sweets
-Cheese (oh, I miss cheese)
