today is going to be hard
 

2 sick kids, we had to cancel swim lessons and a play date. It's also a late night for my husband. All of this is a trigger for me.

I'm sorry about your tough day! Those all sound like things you can't control, and I hate days where everything is out of my control. You know what you are in control of though? What you eat! Only YOU can allow YOU to put something in your mouth. YOU are in charge of ALL your decisions when it comes to food. This thought has helped my a lot when I think about upcoming situations that I have no control over, but must attend, and food will be in abundance.

And I think being able to make sane decisions today, a really tough day, will give you confidence to make sane decisions on days that aren't so tough! You can do it!
