New commitment to Abstinence
 

Hello everyone. I am new here but not to OA and not to forums in general. I recently got abstinent (August) from all sugar, flour and artificle sweetners, and have lost almost 60 lbs, but lastly I have gotten bored with it. I just want to eat a bite here and there things off plan....to taste them. I have not binged, overeaten or pigged out since August, however....I have taken compulsive bites.

However, I feel super crappy when I eat off plan....and my weightloss has stopped.

So today I am making a new commitment to abstinence....
