Back to day one because I overdid Girl Scout cookies yesterday. I couldn't resist the sweet little girls. I used to be a girl scout and feel obligated to help support them. But eating the cookies, that was another story. Serving size of Thin Mints is 4, and that would have been reasonable, but I had more like 12.
Everyone is doing so well! It is so motivating and I'm trying to keep up with you guys. I'm on day 7 , did go a little overboard on breakfast again, alot of fruit! No binge though.
Thanks to a co-worker bringing in brownies at the end of my shift yesterday I had a brownie binge. Seriously how can you possibly STOP eating them when they are SO moist and literally melt in your mouth? It's like a drug I swear....
Today is Day 5 for me! I ate a lot of junk food in the last couple of days because I was sick and could not cook, but I LOST weight, so I guess just eating junk doesn't count as binging.
