My long term BF is scared my bum will fall off if I lose weight. :)
my triggers are very situational: * I have trouble not eating in front of the computer. So I am trying hard to keep water nearby, and drink more tea at the comp. Right now I am having a healthy breakfast. * I binge when stressed, anxious AND bored. Often when I am procrastinating. * I binge when I am tired but still trying to stay awake. I know I should just go to bed. I'll just eat item after item after item... It's been getting better, though! |
Souvenir, I'm the exact same way! And recently, I have been getting better about just going to sleep rather than eating to stay awake. Although I've got a huge exam tomorrow so I probably will have a late night!

my trigger is just that first bite of "forbidden" food while i'm on plan. it's almost like a heroin addict getting just a little bit. my logical mind just immediately shuts down and i go into a full binge.

I guess I'm pretty standard....
Stressful situations (exams, court, etc) Festive occasions (tis my right to eat damn it?!!) Being home alone ... lonely/bored/tired |
- new low on the scales
- pictures of myself at parties/etc :( - comments about my weight, no matter if they're postitive, said in passing, etc. |
I find that I binge when I am upset or I am emotionally stressed. I find that I binge when I am at a buffet or an occasion where there is a lot of free food or food options I haven't had before.
