Latchkey- I overate at work today - I don't consider it a binge; just a way too big lunch of junk food. But, other than that, I've been doing OK...

Lol, it is a little too late to join you all for the three days, as I am starting over tomorrow (stupid binge in the middle of the night, my WORST time), but I wanted to ask, along with the night-sweats, if your binge is sugar based, do you wake up with a terrible headache the next day?

Ah yes, sugar headaches. I'm not sure if they're from too much sugar or from the insulin burst that probably follows. I usually call it a "sugar down" or withdraw because I do think it's worse after I binge on sugar, then try not to. After about 6 hours, I get a migraine. If I eat some sugar, it subsides or lessens. The body's way of telling me to keep my sugar levels balanced!

Thanks, glad I am not the only person with that problem. It only happens if I fall asleep right after the binge though...

I've never had sweats or headaches (well, I will get headaches if my binges include energy drinks, which I could drink until I exploded I like them so much), but my thing is the day after I binge I wake up feeling like someone has pummeled me repeatedly in the stomach. It's not nausea or even indigestion, it literally feels like I got punched real hard. Anyone else?
