Today is day 3 for me! so far so good! Of course yesterday I slept almost 24 hours, so it would have been hard to over-eat, lol.
Today, only some coffee and a VERY big roll of Sushi. Gonna have some more of my soup for dinner, and a high calorie (can afford it if I stick to the soup) but delicious curry for supper.
Well I am at day 2. I am determined to lose this 4 lbs. that has been creeping up on me from binging. If I would stop binging, I would'nt have this problem and I wouldn't have to go into these lose weight quick modes to shed the weight i gained. Why won't I ever learn?
