Day 1 here as well. But I'm trying to be positive. While I did binge last night, it wasn't as big as they usually are. I need to stop considering one slip as a whole day ruined and just learn to move on without binging.

Working on day 3...haven't had the urge to binge the last few days which figures cuz the therapist wants me to write down everything I put in my mouth so we can see what triggers a binge. Should have done that last week when I binged like 4 times..ugh But then again I don't want to PURPOSELY binge or something if you know what I mean...it's all so weird lol Happy hump day everyone!

This is day 9 for me. Today I was tested, too. A lady gave me a cadbury bar. Even after I refused, she stuck it into my purse. She was trying to be nice, because I did something for her. I gave it to my hubby instead. Wow, that gave me strength to keep going. Good luck to all of us today!

today didn't go so well. binged but stopped it before i felt too too sick. It was gonna be a good day. I had my menu all planned out. But then, i thought...i have lo mein in the fridge...it would taste soooo good. And it did, and then the whipped cream, peanut butter, and chocolate sauce. It was down hill from there. Tomorrow will be a better day. I had been so good for 21 days before this week. I don't know what happened. sigh.

This is day 9 for me.... and I don't feel so well. I'm am so sleepy and have absolutely no energy. What am I doing wrong? I am sticking to the diet, though. Will this pass? Have lost about 6 pounds, probably more by now, but I need to feel better. Any advice?

D -- does it maybe have something to do with the secretive aspect of binging? You're not feeling the urge because you know it won't be a secret?

DogMom -- that's exactly what I need to think of when tempted! I don't know why it's so hard to remember how strong I've been when the urge to binge strikes.

Tyla -- way to go! Awesome job of passing off the goodies!

Maryjaneld -- congratulations on being able to stop yourself. That is the hardest part (IMO)

LiteGirl -- what diet are you following? Are you getting enough calories? Are you eating the right things (protein, fiber, etc.)? Are you drinking enough water? Getting enough sleep? All of these things are important!

Day 2 for me, and it really was a challenge. I crave peanut butter and whipped cream, it's so good together. I've been fighting it all day, even though I eat so much that it makes me sick. So I have been eating alot of fruit to fight it, but I went over my calories by 300 because of it. But I didn't binge!

I had over a month under my belt when I gave in to a series of mini-binges over the past 4 days. I had gained about a pound this week. I almost want to cry, but I'm starting over as of yesterday!

I had planned a mini-shopping trip to celebrate my success... and even though I gained a pound, I still deserve to look and feel good. I'm leaving shortly!

Working on day 4 for me. Foxy...it might have to do with the secretive part. But I've noticed too that I go through periods like this. I think maybe because I binged SO bad last week...I just feel like I really need to get back on track? I am trying to be away of the urges.....but then again too my apt is a tad bit empty right with food. If I had things to snack on/binge on...I might have already. I don't know. If I feel that this week of writing everything down for the therapist isn't a good representation of what I normally go through I'm going to ask her if I can continue to do it so that I can catch when I'm bingeing or about to have a binge ect. Everyone have a great day!!
