3 days down. For the first time in several days I saw a loss on the scales this morning. That has given me a bit of a boost and I'm hoping to turn it into more progress.

I'm on day 6, and I almost blew it. I really was tempted to binge today but my plan worked. Since natural peanut butter is my weakness, I stuck it in my elderly moms closet(she lives with us) so i just can't go and get it any old time. My mom sleeps late in the morning and i won't risk waking her up or causing myself aggravation to go in there. But it is there if anyone else in the family wants it. I did snack alot on other healthy foods, but did not go over my calories for the day. It worked!

I've had a bad week. Started off good with a 3 lb loss and then yesterday I couldn't stop eating, somehow I managed to stay within my points but then last night around midnight I injured myself at work and had to go home with muscle relaxers and it was pretty painful and I felt stupid for injuring myself in such a lame way and well for me there is only ONE way to make myself feel better and on my way home I stopped by a restaurant and got my favorite wrap and 2 cookies which for that one meal was 24 of my 28 points for the day! Yes I still have my 35 bonus points but I wanted to use that for Valentine's weekend. And then today I made myself a delicious cocktail of hot chocolate, Bailey's caramel flavored liquer and coffee. Even though this my favorite way to comfort myself I felt like crap afterwards. I haven't been able to get past the emotional ties I have with food, it's my reward system and my comforting system. I have been doing this for 6 months, you would think by now I would have gotten past this but nope, not so much.

Day 11 for me. For everyone still picking themselves up and/or who had a tough week - Remember, we only fail once we fail to pick ourselves back up after we fall... Good job everyone!! It is always very encouraging to read everyone's updates.

Day 7 for me! I haven't went this long without binging for about 6 mo. I think I know how to beat it. But, I was eating about 300 to 500 calories more a day without binging for the past four days. So I did gain 2 lbs., but today I did good and I will lose what i gained real soon! I just have to stick with it.

I hope everyone had a good weekend. I'm really excited to report that I'm now 2 weeks behind my last binge.. so that makes today Day 14. Sooooo excited! I haven't had a Day 14 in a long time!
