Default new here

Hi everyone. New to 3fc. Newer to this particular forum, but if I'm going to be successful this time around in my weightloss pursuits, I'd better start here.
I am my own worst enemy when it comes to the diet. Ilve been a binger, and overeater for years. I always seem to sabtoge my best efforts with a good emotional eating binge, such as I did last night after a fight with spouse. Still, I wouldn't say any binge is extreme, but once I get started, the salty snak needs to be followed by sweet, then back again resulting in more calories than I care to admit. Next to coffee, food is my drug of choice, and a friend that's always there.
I look forward to that changing soon as I meet you others on this journey.

Aria,

I am so glad you have found us. You can do this. Come here and come often. There is support but even more importantly--there are real answers. There is nothing weight related we don't discuss or that we cannot identify with. Emotional eating--yeah, been there--yeah, still struggling. Like you I love my coffee. What do you take in it? Coffee can actually become one of your best friends. It has become one of mine for certain but it beats 6 Krispy Kremes! Glad you are here. Surf around and get comfortable.
