  • I have been on this websight for a few years now... not much activity but I love to read the threads and look at the before and after pics. Its great motivation... Im a binge eater.. over eater.. emotional eater.... SLEEP EATER! My key time is at night probably between midnight and 3 am, and i can probably consume as much as 2000+ calories in that time. I feel like im destroying myself. I used to weigh 239lbs, Got down to 162, thanks to binge eating got back up to 201, then really stuck to it and got down to 145....Now I am at 165. It is deffinetly a reliefe to know that I am not the only one out there who struggles with this disorder....I would love to join you guys in your fight and finally become a chick in charge! I havnt binged for 2 days now because I've been reading all your messages durring those key times I feel better now then I have in months. Thank you
