I can totally relate! I always tended to eat till the point of stuffed at night so I've been saving WW points for the end of the day just so I can eat enough at dinner to feel stuffed. That's not a good idea. Not only is it not good to stuff myself at all but I shouldn't eat so much at night either. I need to figure out how to equally distribute my points and I need to get comfy with eating to satisfaction and not being in binge mode. It's like I justify over eating as long as I stay within my points allowance. Flawed logic.
