Day 10! :D
|
And by Day 10 I mean Day 9. I posted this late and saw the "Wednesday" and jumped to 10. Day 9; Day 10 is coming soon ;)
|
Day 38 here...stressful time ahead, final papers due, and grading of final exams...
|
Working on Day 40 today. No temptations to binge lately but I'm sure when it comes closer to TOM it will get harder. Have been super busy the past couple of days so haven't been able to post. I'll be glad when the holidays are over! Hope that doesn't make me sound too grinchy. :p
Don't have time for personals today but I do wish everyone a binge-free day! |
Hey - thanks for the shout out. I am still here, a couple of days on, a couple of days off. Trying not to wig out until the holiday is over.
You guys are doing great! Keep up the good work! :) |
Ok, NOW it's Day 10. Fo realz.
|
ok, no binging since the day after Thanksgiving...
could be tempted with those gingerbread cookies...yum but, I work them into my calories..and it's safe that way.. well, good night everyone..doing a great job all! |
Today I was kinda off-plan (potluck at my work), but I didn't go back for seconds, and I made up the casserole calories (at least somewhat) by eating very lightly the rest of the day. Overall, not super-healthy, but no loss of control.
I've conquered day 10! :D Tomorrow is day 11. Peachy, I'm confused now... are we on the same day or not? |
Well I have completed Day 10 too and tomorrow is Day 11 for me as well. So I am going to say yes, we are on the same day!
Next time this week let's be on the same day too! :) |
I'm in! I'm in! I'm in!
I was looking for you all. Glad I found you! I am so inspired. But I'm afraid of the scale ;( I'm afraid if I get on and am happy I will eat and if I am not happy I will eat... a real lose lose (I wish) situation. Honestly, I know I have lost weight by how I feel and how my clothes fit but still can't get myself to the scale. It's been two weeks...I wonder if I can wait another couple weeks.... What to do. |
Day 39!
Debo--don't get on the scale. There's nothing that says you have to, and if getting on the scale is a trigger to binge, whether the news is good or bad, I would say don't do it! Your clothes are fitting better, you feel better, that's all you need to know. Weight is just a number. |
Day 2.
|
feeling the need for comfort.Bummed about the fiasco that once was called Christmas. And bummed that I really want to buy gifts for loved ones, and i have no moolah. I tried to sell my books, and got a measley 47.50 They were going to give me 13.00 for my $300 nursing book, I declined.
On top of being really tired....and getting REALLY annoyed about the work I have to do for $100 for a friend...feeling a trigger twitching. |
 Stay strong! I KNOW you can do it. Take a bubble bath, go for a walk, visit an animal shelter and play with some animals, anything to relieve your stress. I particularly enjoy the animal one: it's win-win for both you and the animals!
|
Peachykeen62 & jendiet:
True! Getting out and helping other people takes your mind off your own troubles and if people are annoying to you - animals are the best. I actually read that you can lose weight if you volunteer to walk animals in a shelter even once a week! So if you love animals that would be a great opportunity to get away from your triggers and receive some unconditional love (with the plus of fun exercise!) Paris18 - how's school going??????? Thanks for the advise. I will NOT go near that scale. WOW, how powerful are my thoughts that I can be so intimidated by that hunk of steel? DogMomNP - Go Go Go! See you tomorrow on Day 3! |
