Ok day 5 done! I had to pour soy sauce on chocolate last night to achieve it, but the important part is I DID!

Day 21 for me. That is not to say that I have not been tempted. Oh, btw..... I finally moved out of the 190s..... wonder if it has something to do with not bingeing?

Hi chicks, I'm starting day one binge free today, so far so good. I have nothing here that will tempt me and as long as I keep that in mind I will be ok. Cause it has to be pretty darn tasty and a favorite of mine for me to binge on it. I did not buy any of my favorites, so if i just don't buy it, I will be free of temptation. Good luck everyone!

Day 1 finished for me. Still upset that I binged yesterday at all, but oh well. You know what's cool? Today I was at the store and I saw the "impulse" items near the checkout (chips, candy etc.) and I looked at that food... and I didn't feel tempted at all! My eating habits are really changing!

This is day 2 binge free for me. I'm doing good so far, I have no tempting foods in the house. I cut up some veggies last night and put them in zip lock bags and put them in the front of my fridge, so when I want to snack, I will see them easily and hopefully they will satisfy my need to munch. Just doing little things like that, can help you alot. Good luck to everyone today!!

Well, I am back at day one...... but I will survive. I had an out of town Thanksgiving dinner yesterday...... and I blew it. Oh well, such is life.

I'm on day three binge free. I'm really not craving any of my trigger foods, I don't have any of them in the house anymore and i know Thanksgiving is near and I want to lose 2 lbs yet by then. But i will not binge on Thanksgiving. Only the healthy foods like veggies or fruit and a little turkey( I don't like turkey too much) So I am planning on at least maintaining, not gaining from Thanksgiving. Good luck chicks!
