I don't have any tips, other than to stick around here. The people on this board are great, and offer lots of support. If you feel the urge to binge, come and post. If you already binged, and are feeling crappy about it, post as well, it always makes me feel better.
The binge-free challenge is a great thread, too. Every week, supporting each other not to binge, just taking it one day at a time. I feel when I think about it over a long period of time, I crack.
