Question Physical symptoms coming off a COE period?

Ok...

So I've realized what my danger foods are... almost all of them consist of simple carbohydrates.... so I've made a list of no-no foods... and it's been liberating! I eat more lean protein, to stay full.. and I eat more fruits and vegetables...

However, I have been having TERRIBLE headaches....

Am I coming off a COE-high?

I feel like a drug addict withdrawling.................

I know my carbs have been really reduced... but I wouldn't think it would be enough to have physical symptoms..

Let me know if you've experienced this!!!

I experience it all the time. I did last night actually. Although it only really happens when I bring my carbs really really low!

I mean my carbs aren't even really that low.... I'm keeping it at 50% protein/20% fats/30% carbs

But I just cut out all sugar... and I cut everything from my junk food list: french bread, cookies, cake, cheesecake, pies, potatoes, ice cream, nutella, chocolates, whipped cream, chips, baklava... etc

sometimes I'll have more fat and less protein, or sometimes more protein and less fat. But all the carbs I do have are healthy ones

My understanding is that you lose a lot of water when you get those carbs out of your system. That carbs hold onto water in your cells. So maybe there's some dehydration involved. Just hold on and you'll feel great soon!
