Stressed out and eating bad
 

Our appointment with the fertility doc is on wednesday and I am freaking out and eating badly out of stress and boredom. had Texas Roadhouse today (made good decisions actually had the veggie plate not the steak like I wanted) but then when I got home there was crap leftover from the Halloween party on friday night (not to mention freaking halloween candy!) and I munched like all afternoon. Instead of making a good decision for dinner and getting myself back on track we went and I had burger, fries, lemonade and breaded mushrooms and ice cream. I feel awful and worst of all I KNOW why I am freaking doing this. I am SO scared that the Dr is going to tell us we cant have IVF because one of my tests came back bad. I have NO reason to think this but I do! GRRRRR. I need to calm down. I was talking to my mom and she said she does the same thing when she is nervous ( I never noticed her do this as a kid or adult). Weekends are ****!
